The Apartment is located in one of the most beautiful urbanizations of the Algarve, the Urbanization of São Rafael. This urbanization has several features to enjoy as a garden with lawns, common swimming pool surrounded by several sun loungers, children's swimming pool, bar with terrace and leisure space.
This apartment consists of: on the 1st Floor - Entrance Hall with staircase; Living room equipped with one big sofa, two highchairs, TV (Portuguese channels), air conditioning, dining table with 6 chairs; Balcony equipped with a table and 4 chairs; Kitchen equipped with Dishwasher, Fridge with freezer, Electric oven, Electric hob, Microwave, Delta Coffee Machine, Electric kettle and Toaster; storeroom with Washing machine; on the 2nd floor - Bathroom equipped with hair dryer and socket; Two bedrooms, the 1st is en-suit and is equipped with one double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, small balcony and bathroom with shower, and the 2nd bedroom consists of 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and small balcony.
Guests will have access to the whole apartment, including all the common areas of the urbanization, such as gardens, Swimming pool, children's pool, bar and leisure area.
